We have an owner's manual...The Bible.
Contained between its front and back covers...
amidst the thousands of words recorded...
are words of instruction, admonishment, revelation, encouragement, Truth.

For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
Romans 15:4

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may
be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
2 Timothy 3:16

God doesn't say anything without good reason.
He is a good Father...He loves us...we can trust Him.
He created us and knows us better than we know ourselves!

Tonight as I was pondering the effect that anxiety can have on a body...all negative...I remembered some verses that talked about anxious feelings and what to do with them. God knows it's not good for us to be prisoners to anxiety. He wants us to live the lives He designed for us...free from guilt...free from anxiety...free from anything which will cause us harm and ensnare us.

An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up.
Proverbs 12:25

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Philippians 4:6
