As hard as this past week has been, the presence of God is evident.
Connor's arm was broken...but the bones were not displaced and no surgery was needed. While it took a few lessons in frustration to get his arm protected, God worked the timing out so that it could be protected sooner rather than later.
The double rollover today for Josh resulted in only minor injuries.
His car can be replaced, he cannot.
My own back injury is healing. Though the process has been long and painful, the happenings of this week has worked together to help in the healing. Blazing hot seats in the car after appts provided heat therapy for my back muscles. Driving around so much was excruciating but it gradually became easier...a little less painful. I can see marked improvement over the past couple of days. And with Josh's back muscles sore and possibly pulled like mine, I can know from experience how to advise on how to relieve the pain and help in the healing.
Life is hard...but God is good.
Even when (perhaps especially when) life does not go as planned.
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good.
