In the Holy Bible, God shared the flaws as well as
the strengths of His people.
Some wonder why?
Why not just share the good qualities and leave out the bad?
The bad qualities were certainly not shared for examples of
what we should do—but as markers of hope.
WHAT?
Seeing that the “great ones” of Scripture were
not always so “great” provides hope….
hope that God can use even the most flawed of us for His perfect purpose.
We don’t have to be PERFECT to be useful or worthwhile.
I feel like God is saying,
“CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?”
We don’t have to be P.E.R.F.E.C.T. to be useful.
Do we hear what He’s trying to get us to understand?
“My Grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
2 Corinthians 12:9
